Kit has over a decade of experience as a coach, specialising in helping people break through limiting beliefs and behaviours to pursue more meaning, purpose, and fulfilment in their lives. He has worked extensively in both group and one-to-one settings across private practice, prisons, schools, rehabs, and charities, supporting individuals through periods of challenge, burnout, stagnation, and growth.
His work is grounded in evidence-based psychology, with meaningful change emerging through connection, insight, and action. Within the coaching sessions, Kit regularly incorporates walking, sport, or creative activities, helping people rebuild confidence, rediscover what they enjoy, and re-engage with life beyond reflection alone.
Roaming to Recovery was created from Kit’s firsthand experience and academic research into how nature, movement, and shared experience can help people step out of limiting patterns, reignite their joy for life, and hope for a future.
